Copper Decor

Decorating With Copper Home Decor

Once limited to wire coating, copper has come a long way in the home decor arena. This striking rusty-gold metal is not only eye-catching, it’s essential in the systems of humans, animals, and plants.

Copper is now being used in many different forms of home décor, instead of just a building material. Copper is an accent shade, just like gold or silver, so little touches of copper around your home will really set off your design scheme.

Your décor doesn’t necessarily need to be made from copper – there are a lot of pieces out there that boast the rich, copper shade without being made from the actual metal.

Wow, what timing! I am working with a client on her home room by room and we just finished th powder room. I used a hammered copper sink vessel and other copper accents along with silver and rich wood. I love copper! I’ll get some shots of the powder room and post them so you can see.
